《Terms and Conditions – Brand: Bamix (Excluding Model Bamix Gastro 200 and Bamix Gastro 350) 》
Thanks for choosing T&P Trading Co. T&P Trading Co offers one-year warranty service to the product commencing from the date of purchase invoice. Please keep the original invoice copy and carefully read the Terms and Conditions as below:
- This Warranty Registration Form application is valid only if customers purchase Bamix from the designated Dealers in Hong Kong. (The Warranty is NOT APPLICABLE to the model Bamix Gastro 200 and Bamix Gastro 350)
- Please submit the Warranty Registration Form within 10 days from the date of purchase invoice for guaranteeing the warranty service.
- Customer is required to present this Warranty Registration Form record together with the official purchase invoice issued by the dealers of Hong Kong to our technician for verification when service is rendered. Additional Service Charge may be resulted if the Warranty Registration Form record and official purchase invoice cannot be provided.
- Customer is required to deliver the product to T&P Customer Service Centre himself / herself in case repairing service is required. Self pick-up is needed after the product is repaired.
- For any defect which in our judgment is caused under normal use, T&P Trading Co will repair and / or replace the defective parts free of charge within the warranty period. Any defective part which has been replaced shall become the property of T&P Trading Co.
- The repaired product should be picked up by customer in one month upon notification by T&P Trading Co. T&P Trading Co reserves the right to handle repaired product if the customer does not pick up the repaired product within three months.
- Warranty service does not cover the following terms:
- Misuse of product and, or;
- Explicitly damage the parts of the product resulting in malfunction of the product and, or;
- The damage from its surface, consumptive parts and accessories and, or;
- The decontamination, disinsertion and mould prevention service and, or;
- The normal operation of the product is affected by improper installation of the product.
- Quotation for checking and parts fee (if any) will be provided if repairing service is required after the warranty period.
- In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between English version and Chinese version of the terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- All terms stated are subject to change without notice.
- T&P Trading Co retains final deciding authority in case of dispute.

Thanks for choosing T&P Trading Co. T&P Trading Co offers one-year warranty service to the product commencing from the date of purchase invoice. Please keep the original invoice copy and carefully read the Terms and Conditions as below:
- This Warranty Registration Form application is valid only if customers purchase KitchenAid from T&P Trading Co’s designated Dealers in Hong Kong (For the model 5KPM5 and 5KSM7590GW ONLY).
- Please submit the Warranty Registration Form within 10 days from the date of purchase invoice for guaranteeing the warranty service.
